Our team stripped the entire roof down to the decking and inspected it for rot, damage, or deterioration. We installed an ice shield on the eaves, rakes, valleys, and roof/wall intersections, along with a new drip edge, new boots for vent pipes, and a new ridge vent. All flashings were provided and installed to match the original, existing components. Additionally, we provided and installed 30-year architectural, self-sealing shingles. We also installed new 5-inch seamless aluminum gutters with a baked enamel finish and leaders. These efforts were essential to ensure the roof’s durability and functionality.
