Our team implemented advanced procedures for mold remediation, cast-in-place concrete, fire-stopping, plumbing, electrical work, and earthwork to address moisture issues in the sub-basement of Buildings 102 and 106. Additionally, we upgraded and integrated the existing building monitoring system to accommodate the new HVAC system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. These efforts were crucial in safeguarding the structural integrity of the buildings.
